*Pricing valid through June 30, 2015. Monthly Service Fees are based on a 40 month term. One Time Fees (OTFs) are due at the project start date. Performance Fees Hourly Rate for additional Services in excess of Monthly Service is $250/hr. Gain Share Rate is applied to Savings to determine Performance Fees.
